TOUR BOOKING FORM

with your signature on the tour booking form you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract Royal Bike Riders. The travel contract is accomplished by the written reconfirmation of Royal Bike Riders.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT

After receiving the booking reconfirmation a deposit of 500 GBP is required. The balance is due 15 days before the tour starts or can be handed over in cash before the start of the tour.

WHAT'S INCLUDED AND WHAT'S NOT

What’s Included:

• Accommodation in clean Heritage Palaces & Forts with all modern amenities.
• All airport transfers by  taxi in India
• With the exception of our tent camps in the Himalayas, all hotel accommodations consist of double rooms with bathroom.
• latest-model Enfield Bullet 500cc motorcycle with gearshift on the left, (GBP 350 deductible), disk brake, touring gear and saddle bags
• Accompanying Enfield mechanic
• A guaranteed seat in our backup jeep for all passengers.
• All meals without drinks (alcoholic beverages not included) during the tour; breakfast only in Rajasthan, South India, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
• Warm-up tour with the bike (introduction to Enfield handling and the basics of riding in India)
• Experienced, English-speaking  Road Captains throughout the tour
• Support by highly-skilled Indian motorcycle mechanics, luggage and spare part transport in the back up jeep.
• Road and bridge tolls, all special road, bridge and travel fees, inner border line permits, etc.
• Fuel and oil throughout all tours.
• First-aid kit in jeep, including a basic selection of essential medical supplies.
• "Farewell Dinner with cocktail"

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:

In case of cancellation the deposit of 500 GBP will be held back as cancellation fee.

INSURANCE

Our tour price does not include any travel insurances. An adequate travel, health and accident insurance is mandatory to participate on the tours.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Royal Bike Riders is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standard and the accurate description of services offered. Royal Bike Riders selects carefully and constantly checks its contractors, such as hotels etc.

NOTIFICATION NOTICE

The guest is particularly obliged to inform the Tour guide about his complaints immediately. If guest refrains culpably to show the failings, then the claim to a reduction isn't given. Claims have to be in writing addressed to Royal Bike Riders within a month.

GENERAL

The inefficacy of single provisions does not cause the ineffectualness of the whole contract. The same goes for the Terms & Conditions. With your signature on the booking form you accept these Terms and Conditions for yourself and all other persons stated on the form as binding contract. Royal Bike Riders reserves the right to correct errors on this site or calculation mistakes at any time.
